The eda doctor command runs comprehensive pre-flight diagnostics across your local environment, remote server connectivity, bearer token authentication, Docker daemon health, host disk capacity, Caddy reverse-proxy status, and local explita.json configuration.

When run, eda doctor systematically executes seven validation phases:

1. Remote Connectivity & AuthenticationCopy Anchor Link

• Verifies server URL format and measures API round-trip ping latency.
• Validates that DEPLOY_TOKEN is present and accepted by the server.

2. Host System & Resource HealthCopy Anchor Link

• Queries host CPU load and total memory capacity.
• Evaluates server root filesystem free space. Alerts with warnings if free space drops below 20%, and errors if below 10%.

3. Remote Docker DaemonCopy Anchor Link

• Confirms Docker Engine is active and running on the remote host.
• Verifies Docker version compatibility (>= 24.0.0).
• Reports count of active and paused containers.

4. Caddy Reverse ProxyCopy Anchor Link

• Probes Caddy's dynamic administration API (http://localhost:2019/config/).
• Confirms automated ACME Let's Encrypt TLS certificate generation is operational.

5. Local Project & DockerfileCopy Anchor Link

• Validates presence and JSON schema of explita.json.
• Confirms Dockerfile exists in the local directory (or warns if no build instructions exist).
• Inspects EXPOSE port alignment between Dockerfile and explita.json.

6. Version UpdatesCopy Anchor Link

• Compares installed CLI version against latest GitHub / npm release.
• Checks if remote server software has updates available via upstream setup script.
